Our independent massage therapist Jennifer Landry has been a massage therapist for 10 years and is a native to the area. Jennifer graduated from Source Institute of Massage & Therapeutic Bodywork and also has a bachelors in Health Science. Her experience includes working as a therapeutic massage therapist with a chiropractic office, as well as, a salon and spa. Jennifer specializes in therapeutic/medical massage, deep tissue, and Swedish/relaxation modalities. She also offers cupping upon request. To schedule an appointment, contact her directly at 850-687-8400 CLASSIC SWEDISH MASSAGE (60 minutes - $99 / 90 minutes $149) Promotes relaxation by manipulation of deep tissues, releasing muscle tension. Swedish massage is more gentle than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation, tension, and stress relief. DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE (60 minutes -$109/ 90 minutes -$159) Deep tissue massage releases tension deep in the muscle and connective tissues by realigning the deep layers of muscle, connective tissue, breaking down adhesions. This massage incorporates some of the same strokes used as classic Swedish massage, but with slower movements and deeper pressure to alleviate areas of tension and pain. THEREAPEUTIC/ MEDICAL MASSAGE (60 minutes - $109/ 90 minutes -$159) This massage helps alleviate discomfort associated with previously diagnosed medical conditions. Using different variations of light, medium and deep pressure, trigger point therapy, along with long flowing strokes. This massage aids to increase the rate and quality of healing after injury, improving function and circulation. Some of these conditions include: carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, rotator cuff injuries, back and neck pain. HAND/MECHANICAL RELEASE MASSAGE (30 minutes max - $50) Hand massage focuses around the muscles located within the hand & wrist. A combination of deep/ med deep pressure, using a variety of techniques such as trigger point, skin rolling and incorporating massage tools.
